Copy the area you want to show us, to the clip board.
Paste that into MS Paint and save as a JPEG file.
You then can attach it to your post by clicking the picture icon
see attached jpeg
and simple copy and paste below

Note, I think rx has 96kb limt.
The file I sent you is 99kb, and is to big to upload.
Therfore, make your first copy and paste a very small area from your sheet.
I will look for a better program that will compress the copied images to under 96kb
Verify the file size is less than 96kb

click the picture icon, if put your cursor over it will say "insert image"
Another window pops up with a button to select file, press that button
and go to the place your jpeg is stored.
The press upload image, wait till it loads,
Then post the reply.
I said I see how it work but after cutting from 756 kb
I got it down to 200 kb
and still to big!!!...the old forum was better

I used the image function in paint.
Shrank it down to 60% x 60%
now the file is 92kb
Seems, there is also a attachment storage limit on the forum.
I had two earlier images on their server. So in order to add this one I had to
delete the previous ones.
Go to your profile page and then PM page
at the bottom is Miscellaneous / attachments
You may need to delete some to make room for a new image.
Give that a try.
I'm new to rx , but your right the old forum had to be better than this.
